Description: On the Sales Analysis portion of RADAR, a second Display Type and Customer Marketing Program Optional Filters were added.

Reason for Change:Allows for better filtering of information by allowing both Include AND Omit on the Display Type and Customer Marketing Program filters.

This enhancement only applies to Display Type and Customer Marketing Pgm Optional Filters.
