SPEC 5622 - Rollover Functionality added to the Combined Sales & Order Summaries Report

Description: The option Do you want to include Rollover Data was added to the Combined Sales & Order Summaries. When set to "N" rollover data is not included on the report: which can result is faster report run times.

If the setting is set to N, the System Wide Setting - Options for Rollover Files is not checked.

Reason: Resolves issues with including rollover data.

Running the Combined Sales & Order Summaries

Navigator

Access the Combined Sales & Order Summaries and scroll down to the bottom of the settings. That is where the setting Do you want to include Rollover data is located.

Green Screen

The Combined Sales & Order Summaries report is accessed via menu option RSA 13. The new setting is located near the top of the screen.
