Hiding Lines from Printing

The option can be set at the global level (NAV 1), the authority class level (NAV 2) or at the user level (NAV 5). The process for accessing and activating the new option is essentially the same for all three levels of access. In this example, access is being granted at the user level (NAV 5).

Select a user by entering a W in their Opt field (this step is not performed in NAV 1 and 2).

Use the F10=Navigator Options/Permissions option....
