Lost Orders Reason Codes Maintenance (LOS 20)

Use this option to add and update the codes signifying the reason for lost orders. These codes are used throughout the system (i.e., Lost Order Entry Screen, Lost Order Inquiry and Search, Lost Order Spreadsheet, and other reports), to identify and track the reasons why orders become lost.

These reason codes are user-defined. The list above includes some common reasons for losing orders.

To update or inquire into a reason code, enter a U or an I.

The Reason Code can be alpha or numeric. Press F1 to create a new reason code.
