The Update AR Balance feature moves transactions from a holding area, the Daily Transaction File, into the official Monthly Transaction File and History File. This option only runs if the AR Balance Report shows an In Balance condition.
Note: This job runs automatically during Night Jobs, immediately following the AR Balance Report.
