Selection Sheet Manager Activity Spreadsheet (SSM 30)

This X by Y report can be used to track showroom activity (across showroom or consultant). It can be filtered to show invoiced dollars and order dollar amounts (not yet invoiced) for orders pulled through SSM. The output for the report is a spreadsheet with calculated values.

1. Access the report via menu option SSM 30.

2. Enter a date range and select the X and Y options.

3. Press F10 to continue to the next screen.

4. Give the report a title and enter a location on the IFS for it and/or enter email addresses for it to be sent to.

Note:  You have to enter either an IFS location or at least one email address.

The report gathers the number and dollar amount of selection sheets at any of the following statuses:

• O - Open

• F - Finalized

• C - Closed

• L - Lost

The Activity Spreadsheet can be used in a variety of ways to produce customizable reports such as:

• Showroom Consultant by Manufacturer and Product

• Invoiced Product Line Summary

• Billing Account Ranking

• Selections by Order Status

• Consultant Sales by Designer

• Showroom Consultant Ranking
