You can run the Run Balance Report for all companies active on your system. The report checks that the system is in balance, in other words, that no power failure or programming error has caused any data corruption. If the last line of the report says “OK to update A/R Balance,” you can proceed. If it says, “Error, out of balance,” report this immediately to the person responsible for your system program maintenance.
Note: The system runs this report during Night Jobs. You do not need to run it at any other time.
